To add to the drama surrounding the release of the video was the drama surrounding the Bigfoot Festival itself.

The Metaline Falls Bigfoot Festival – Where Legends and Community Meet

My participation in the Metaline Falls Bigfoot Festival began rather surreptitiously one day last April. It was then that I received an inquiry of sorts from Marblemount Bigfoot Festival Organizer, Syvella Khalil.

Syvella was inquiring as to whether or not I had plans to attend the Metaline Falls Bigfoot Festival.

Metaline Falls? Where is Metaline Falls?

I had never heard of Metaline Falls. I had heard of Bigfoot however, as Bigfoot is the second element in my aliens, Bigfoot and Dogman podcast.

So, naturally, I said yes.

It was my agreement to attend the festival that opened up a world heretofore unknown to me. I am talking about the world of Eastern Washington Bigfoot.

Before the festival was over I would be exposed to a list of characters and events I would not soon forget.

There were people like festival organizer Bill Bisson, a community leader of the town of Metaline.

I would learn there is a Metaline and a Metaline Falls and that he was running for mayor of the latter.

That however, is another story.

Documentary For 2

When I left for Metaline Falls, it was my intention to film two documentaries.

But I would end up with more, a lot more than just outstanding footage and subjects.

I would find partners for a tour business I have always wanted to start.

Then, I would meet a Russian Bigfoot researcher and watch him turn a ten minute interview into an hour long discussion about everything but Bigfoot.

After that, I would interview all the Bigfoot personalities from Bob Gimlin and Ken Gerhard to Igor Burtsev and Tom Sewid.

All week, I would meet wonderful new friends.

For three days and nights I would camp in one of the most beautiful areas with a swimming/fish pond.

I would learn about betrayal and what it means to “follow the chopper.”

During the festival, a heat wave hit the state. Every day the temperature climbed into the one hundreds.

In spite of it all, the Metaline Falls Bigfoot Festival was a huge success.

Bigfoot fans and lovers listened to their favorite speakers and researchers.

Vendors and the local community made record profits.

The actual turnout of the festival exceeded expectations by almost two thousand.

A Time For Community

In the end, I would see what it was for a small community to come together for the sake of keeping their community alive.

It was this spirit that I captured and am turning into a real live squatchumentary in 4K called The Metaline Falls Bigfoot Festival A Squatchumentary.

Bigfoot Tree Updates: Are They Really Just Cold Feet & Old Info? | Lori Simmons Controversy

The Lori Simmons Bigfoot Tree Going Out On A Limb

If you’re a believer in the Lori Simmons Bigfoot Tree and don’t feel like going out on a limb, you’re gonna love this podcast and video.

The Set Up

For the second time, we were invited by Michael Wallace, brother of actress, author and Bigfoot Tree Prognosticator Lori Simmons.

For the second time as well, Encounters USA was played for a sucker as Michael Wallace pulled his old Viagra act as he stiffed us for the second time.

Fool Me Once

As they say fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Of course it’s a lot easier as you will see, to write it than to say it as you will see on the video and hear on the podcast.

Either way you look at it, I had traveled a long way into the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. I was not the only victim in another Bigfoot Tree charade.

Brent Dill had also traveled about half the distance I had, only to find out Michael Wallace had made like a car in reverse and backed out.

The Show Must Go On

Once I realized Michael wasn’t going to show. I made a decision to visit the Bigfoot Tree with or without Michael.

Since I didn’t have Michael to advocate for the Bigfoot Tree and Brent Dill to tell him he was full of crap, I was not going to go up to the tree to do a second run over the same material with Brent.

I made the decision to tell Brent I was going back to Seattle. I was going to the Bigfoot Tree alone.

The Search

As you will see in the video and hear in the podcast, I had two problems starting out. One was the amount of time I had wasted waiting for Michael and Brent.

The second problem was I wasn’t sure if I remembered how to get to the Bigfoot Tree. I was going to have to rely on my memory and my wits.

Lost in Space

About an hour later I realized I had a faulty memory when it came to the Bigfoot Tree. It had been a few years. Now it was a few miles of driving around before I realized it was hopeless.

I was going to have to call in outside help.

Syvella Kalil Saves The Day

I had one ace in the hole I was going to have to play. I had asked Syvella Kalil to join Michael Brent and I in our trip to the tree. Unfortunately, for Syvella she was working at the food bank

Fortunately for me, I found the food bank and Syvella on the way through town.

Selective Directions

Syvella Kalil gave me outstanding directions. Unfortunately I didn’t hear the first instruction. The result of my selective hearing was another wasted twenty miles of driving and at least a half hour more wasted.

Encounters USA Arrives

Regardless of all the setbacks, Encounters USA arrived in great style with the help of God, Syvella’s directions and my faithful Paranormal Pickup.

Once we got close to the tree it was time to switch mode of transport from truck to boots. I parked, packed and plodded my way down the trail to the Bigfoot Tree.

Baker Lake Bigfoot On the Hunt For Soggy Bottom

Encounters USA returned to Baker Lake on the hunt for Soggy Bottom. Baker Lake has been the center of Bigfoot activity for years.

Amphibious Operations

In this Encounters USA video, we are going to conduct amphibious operations to establish a relationship with any known Sasquatch in the area.

Using our Sea Eagle Paddleski with Torqeedo Electric Motor, our intention is to cross the lake to vacant campgrounds at Paradise Cove.

Graham Crackers and Infrared

Once we establish our beachhead, we’ll begin call blasting from the Bigfoot Sounds App.

After we finished call blasting, Encounters USA will move to the wood line. Once there, we will distribute graham crackers.

We will then observe the area using our FLIR ONE IOS App. Our intention is to test the capability of the FLIR tracking a mammal in heavy vegetation.

Encounters USA Goes High Tech

Following the FLIR Exercises we will use our DJI Gimbal in its various modes to familiarize ourselves, our subscribers and our counterparts with what technology we bring to the table.

As you’ll see, the best laid plans are sometimes the next plans after the best laid one doesn’t work. With an ever changing environment at the lake, we had to be flexible.
