Clearly, we got way more than we expected.

We spent a day with the She-Squatchers; an all-female Bigfoot research group dedicated to finding Bigfoot through the feminine persuasion, if you will.

We also ran into a number of other researchers that we didn’t have time to interview. But they were more than happy to comply with our request and desire for an interview at some point in the future.

In that respect, Encounters USA was way more successful than we ever thought we would be.

But that wasn’t all. We were also able to interview the Derek Randalls, the head of the Olympic Project. In addition, we were able to interview Todd Neiss of the American Primate Conservancy.

To top it all off, we were able to interview none other than Bob Gimlin. Bob was the very man who accompanied Roger Patterson to Bluff Creek. It was an amazing time and I hope you won’t miss a second of this great podcast.

Defintely, it was even more amazing than the first day.

With his promise of a Bigfoot photo from a campout with Lori Simmons and a British TV crew, nothing could be more exciting.

Along with the incredible speakers, the festival was a lot of fun. Vendors and guests provided an atmosphere of a good old American family time together.

The two speakers of the day were Matthew D. Heines, author and host of the Encounters USA podcast.

Matthew Heines spoke about Believing in Bigfoot and what does that really mean.

Last but not least, following Matthew Heines, author and Bigfoot researcher Thom Cantrall spoke.

Thom Cantrall’s presentation did not disappoint. His evidence of glyphs he has photographed in the woods, if authentic, are indications of a language.

It’s a language based upon symbols and possibly the number of angles and degrees in a message.

On June 21, 1947 six UFO’s reportedly flew over Harold Dahl’s boat near Maury Island, a few miles from Tacoma, Washington. One of the craft, they noticed, was flying erratically.

When it got over their boat, the wobbling craft ejected some kind of molten material that steamed when it hit the water.

The ejected material injured his son’s arm and killed the Dahl’s dog. The UFO was then bumped by one of its counterparts and then flew away. This is where the story really gets bizarre. We explain the myths and the mysteries, and we ask a lot more questions than anyone has asked, so far.
