One Boy's Amazing Bigfoot Encounter in Northern California

The Tony Zaccaglini Encounters and Disappearance

Today, we will be talking about a young boy’s Bigfoot encounter in Northern California. The Tony Zaccaglini story is a unique one for Encounters USA and one that happened within a few weeks of starting the podcast. Before I tell you that story, I’ll let Tony tell you his story.  “The Sasquatch I saw looked extremely similar to that of the one on the PGF. Here is a brief explanation of my encounter: I was a camping little ways from Mc Cloud down the volcanic legacy scenic byway.

“I was with my grandma and she quit frequently visits this area to camp in as her dead husband’s ashes were spread there. The location is far down a old logging road off the legacy scenic byway.” “We were maybe a good 25 miles from the main road. It was a pretty nice place to camp and there was a creek a little ways away and down a ditch. On the first day there I was exploring by walking a little ways down the creek. Until, I noticed something huge squatting by the water, using its hand to drink water from the creek.”

Frozen in Fear

“I was frozen in fear not knowing what it was at first. I was looking at it from its side.” “I got the chance to observe it for a good 30 second before it realized my presence and stood up faced me and looked me dead in the eyes then turned around and ran out the tiny ditch the creek was in. It ran super fast for something that large going up hill. I can faintly remember as it was running the loud “stomping” like noise of the feet.” “The creature looked to be way over 7 feet tall and very similar to patty. It didn’t even cross my mind that it was a Bigfoot until that blanket of fear that I had on me went away. This struck my interest in Bigfoot and the paranormal.”

That was Tony’s story, but that was not the end of the story.  First, let me say Tony was a real nice, good looking young man. Of course, I was more than pleased he was willing to do the podcast. At the time, Tony was working as a mechanic and attending community college. Likewise, he had a beautiful girlfriend. Lastly, as a result of living near Mt. Shasta, he had lots of information about UFO’s and Bigfoot activity in the Northern California area he was going to share on Encounters USA.

As a result, Tony was the perfect co-host. Unfortunately, after our second podcast, Tony disappeared completely. Since then, I have not heard from his since. According to Tony, his female cousin mysteriously disappeared in 2004. Finally, Tony if you’re out there, phone home.
